Pink is trending for fall 2017 and spring 2018, and Mary J. Blige has picked that trend up beautifully attired in a Prabal Gurung spring 2018 pink ensemble. Mary J adds to her ‘pretty in pink’ look with Anabela Chan rose sapphire bauble earrings.

Victoria Justice wore Marchesa to the amFar LA Gala in 2016, but not this year. I wonder why? At any rate “The Outcasts” star wore a beautiful PatBo floral gown, accessorized a Djula diamond ring, and a Maxior ring to the 2017 amFar LA Gala.

Fashion Reverie is always pleased when model legends slay on the red carpet. Supermodel icon Pat Cleveland demonstrated a model’s career doesn’t have to end before the age of 30. At 67, Pat is still sophisticated and fashion forward in a Victoria Hayes black sequin floor length ‘Bianca’ wrap dress at the Resonances de Cartier Launch Gala on Governor’s Island in NYC. Now, who wore it better Cleveland or the model? Fashion Reverie votes is for Pat Cleveland.

Cardi B shows all her curves off all her curves at the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards in a pink velour outfit that consisted of a corset top and matching pants from Cheng‘s fall 2017. That said; the male model in Cheng’s fall 2017 look book donning the same outfit worn by Cardi B and the dancer on the floor in the Cardi B image are both Fashion Reverie ‘Dippity Don’t’ moments. Celebrity Fashion Sightings: Week of October 2, 2017

Though temperatures are starting to cool off—not necessarily on the East Coast—celebrity red carpet fashion is not cooling off. And Fashion Reverie is in the know, bringing all the fantastic looks from red carpets, film premieres, and launches

This week’s celebrity is mostly about the color black. From appearances on the “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to red carpets across the Big Pond to show street fashion in New York City, there was a whole lot of black going on!!

There hasn’t been a lot of good news about Mary J. Blige since she announced her divorce proceedings earlier in the summer. That said; Mary J. demonstrated that she is letting no grass grow under her feet by turning it out and giving a real diva moment and the “Mudbound” premiere at the 61st BFI London Film Festival.Mary J. Bige was attired in an Elizabeth Kennedy Resort 2018 black fitted bow neck gown with Dennis Basso fur coat. She beautifully accessorized Le Vian diamond earrings, a DVANI onyx and black diamond ring, and a Maxior onyx.

In this final season of “Scandal,” Kerry Washington is not slowing down, still keeping everything fresh and fashionable. On her way to her appearance of “GMA,” Washington stopped traffic in a black and white plaid mini dress with red leather, thigh-high Stuart Weitzman boots. Washington was accessorized with Borgioni diamond double spike drop earrings.

Black is the new black; well at least it is for Demi Lovato. Lovato donned a black and white striped Styland suit paired with Mattia Cielo diamond hoops, and a Pasquale Bruni diamond ring to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Katy Perry hosted the 2017 VMAs and had several costume changes. One of the most interesting stage outfits was Perry in a basketball-inspired bustier, layered over a white dress, accessorized in Hearts on Fire diamond bracelets. Perry closed out the show in this stage outfit, singing her hit “Swish, Swish.” Does anyone remember Kurtis Blow’s 80s hit “Basketball.” Oops are we dating ourselves.

Lady Gaga kicks off ‘Joanne’ World Tour last night in a custom piece by V2Bentley. The brand’s founder and designer, Caroline Bentley Noble, created this ‘one-of-one’ piece by hand painting and dying the majority of the blazer in inspiration she collected from Gaga herself.

Fashion Reverie has been following her supermodel ascent since she hit the runways at the tender age of 15 during New York Fashion Week in Sherri Hill’s runway show.  At the time not a good look, wooden walk. And for the first couple of years, same face in every editorial and campaign.

Recently, Celine was spotted on the last leg on her tour in Paris wearing Bibhu Mohapatra’s saffron-colored blouse with shoulder exposure paired with a smoked pink silk faille skirt with hand-embroidered gold flakes.
